I am an experienced child, adolescent and family psychotherapist, working in various settings, including schools and agencies. I support young persons processing trauma, loss, ambiguous loss and complex grief or going through parental separation. I also support young individuals experiencing otherness due to their religion, culture, race, socioeconomic differences and neurodiversity. I work with adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, loneliness and emptiness. I guide adolescents who find the transition to adulthood challenging and may sometimes engage in destructive or self-harming behaviours.
I work creatively with young people, using play, drawing, storytelling and drama as powerful mediums alongside talking. In my presence and support, these approaches create a safe space for children and adolescents to explore and express difficult emotions at their own pace. I also find sandplay a powerful tool facilitating the expression and integration of conscious and unconscious memories.
I work both in French and English.
